About this project:
First person action-adventure where players embark as Na’vi in the world of Pandora.
I worked as a Project Coordinator at Massive Entertainment – a Ubisoft Studio on the game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
I was part of the Gameplay Production team. My primary responsibility was to support the Gameplay AI team by handling workload, making sure we were within scope, hosting meetings and facilitating clear communication on a daily basis.
My main responsibilities:
- Coordinating the Gameplay AI taskforce of about 25 developers (split between people from Massive and partner studio Blue Byte) as well as the other Production teams
- Handling Jira task management and dependency requests from external departments
- Close collaboration with the Gameplay Leads – Design, Programming and Animation – in order to facilitate day-to-day work and long-term planning
- Establishing content pipelines across multiple teams, including Design, Character Art, Animation, Audio and Code
- Creating long-term feature roadmaps and mitigation plans
- Facilitating sprint plannings and internal post-mortems
- Reporting to my Associate Producers and Producers
